Noelle Elf

Noelle the Christmas Elf is one of Santa's little helpers!  Her bright red jacket is embellished with a metallic gold design on the front, a reindeer design on the back and red fur cuffs.  She's good and warm in her plaid flannel petticoat and matching scarf.  Her green felt skirt is adorned with beautiful Icelandic design.  Her booties, socks and hat are all embroidered as well.
